1. Only those users who have the rights to post bulletins can post new bulletins and manage bulletin postings.

2. Click on the -- a new window will appear which will allow you to compose a new bulletin post.

3. As you finish all necessary detail of your new bulletin posting, click on "Submite" your new bulletin posting will then be posted onto the bulletin board.

4. In the edit area of the Bulletin page, there's a place where you can choose to edit the page with HTML function. Using the HTML function can make your page more interesting!

5.Provide temporary save as a draft function.
