1. When enter "Bulletin Board" the listed bulletins are up to date and the bulletin list is arranged according to the date and time that each bulletin is posted

2. Each page will contain at the most twenty bulletin postings. On the bottom right hand corner of the page there is a scroll menu that allows you to go to other pages or to put all bulletins in one page altogether.

3. Bulletin postings can be arranged according to "Subject", "the person who posted the bulletin" and "bulletin posted time". When the cursor is pointed upward, the bulletins are posted in an upward order, and when the cursor is pointing down, it is in downward order.
