1. While adding a new event to the calender, you can decide whether to publicise the events of your own to the other memebers or not. 2. On the page of adding new events, select the column of "Public To", and then all the names of the memebers will show up
3. Select members and add them onto the list of "Public To",and then click on "submit". The event will show up on the calenders of the chosen members
