Time Occupied

1. When adding an event in the calendar, private event can be set to be "Occupied" or not.

2. If an event is set to be "Occupied", then another person will get the busy status when using "Time Inquiry" function.

3. If it is not a "Occupied" event, then it will be available time in the "Time Inquiry" results.
