Unlock

1. Click -- Version tracking, a sharing list window shows up.

2. Click -- Edit, the page shows the version tracking detail associated with file you click.

3. If the file is locked by someone, the file status is shown as [ Locked ]. Because it is exclusive and no one else can update the file, but, if necessary, the owner or the administrator of the file can find the [ Unlock it ? ] field, and check [ Yes ], then click "OK" to unlock the file to be open.

Lock a file for the exclusive write is to preserve the file in consistency around the shared users. But, for management issue, the owner or administrator of the file is still with the right to unlock it any time !
