1. Click -- Version tracking, a sharing list window shows up.

2. Click -- Edit, the page shows the version tracking detail associated with file you click.

3. Choose the new update file for uploading and reset the version, then tick below "The version is a major update version !" , and click "Done", the effective file version number will plus '1' and truncate the decimal fraction. For example, suppose the original effective file version number is 1.2, then the new update major version will be the version 2.0.
